Trax Technologies (www.traxretail.com) is a fast-growing global startup company, with leading Tier-1 customers in the FMCG and retail industry. Trax partnered with Leadera to establish a global project management methodology for its customer-facing projects. Throughout the journey, the joint Trax-Leadera team faced many of the typical challenges of a young and ambitious startup – global teams, multi-language/multi-challenge customers and project managers, intensive day-to-day routines and the demand to show quick wins. Today, however, we are declaring Leadera delivery a great success. Leadera team is professional and catered with the skillset required to understand the echo-system and nuances of a technical startup company.
The methodology was customized for our needs and implemented E2E. We started with adjusting our organizational structure and building the right interfaces (for example, PM – CSM) to ensure it adhere to best practice and ended with a list of artifacts and tools to be used by the project managers.
A rigorous implementation was a key factor in this success. Leadera team established a 3-day project management hands-on seminar, taking the project managers throughout a project life-cycle and teaching them useful and practical techniques. Leadera PMO was also part of the ongoing migration of existing projects to the new methodology, coaching the PMs and adapting the tools, if need.
One of Trax core values, is customer happiness. In the project management front, Leadera turned our PMs into customer advocates and provided them with the tools to efficiently manage our customers. Feedback is already seen on the ground.

Leadera's team supported Maoz in the last two years by providing consulting, guidance and feedback on project issues.

I had the pleasure of working with Galit on the design and implementation of the Global Project Management Course for Ness Technologies'
internal training staff. The course used a "train the trainers" model. Galit was an integral part of the course design team,
where she primarily represented the PMI aspects, while also serving as the lead trainer of the Global PM Trainers course.
This global course was initiated to augment the knowledge of current and future Ness project managers, provide continuous education
regarding PMI subjects, internal PM methodology which was tailored to the organization, and various other related PM issues, processes and tools.
This 8 day course, which now serves as the Ness internal certification for all Project Managers,
was attended by 16 experienced Project Managers across all Ness units worldwide.
